TEKIZ.AI Support
Find help with your account, API keys, billing, usage limits, setup,
service reliability, abuse, or security.
Do Not Send Secrets
Do not post prompts, credentials, API keys, private keys, cookies,
model responses, or customer data publicly. Share only your account
email, plan, timestamp, request ID, HTTP status, error type, and the
non-secret start of a key when needed.
Account and Billing
-
Use the account page to sign in, choose Lite, Pro, or Max,
create keys, check that they work, and open the billing portal.
-
Use Stripe portal for payment methods, invoices, cancellation,
and subscription changes when a Stripe customer is linked.
-
Use manual or crypto payment only when Stripe is unavailable or
support has arranged it with you.
Usage Limits and API Keys
-
For
401, confirm the key starts with
sk_tekiz_, is active, and was copied from the
account page when first shown.
-
For
402, finish checkout or contact support before
sending paid requests.
-
For
429, check your plan's monthly and per-minute
limits, then retry more slowly.
Reliability and 503s
-
Check service status before changing your client settings. TEKIZ.AI
Router automatically uses an available installation.
-
For
503, include timestamp, request id if present,
model name, and whether the same request works locally.
-
Do not include prompts, model responses, API tokens, or local
TEKIZ.AI keys in a report.
Security and Abuse
-
Delete an exposed API key from your account before filing a
report.
-
Report abuse, account theft, attempts to evade limits, or unsafe
use without including secrets.
-
Use GitHub private security advisories for security reports that
should not be public.
